My God, the amount of stuff I missed from being away for two lousy weeks is staggering. I was so happy when Sleepy Joe was President because he got his work done, made the USA better, and I didn't have to deal with the constant stress of a lunatic tweeting about something that's potentially life changing at 3 AM.

I Believe The Election Was Hacked

I remember watching the Blue Wall fall on election night and wondered, is Harris that bad? Are egg prices more important than a Woman's right to healthcare? Or the environment? Wasn't there a massive voter turnout and Harris and Trump tied in a virtual dead heat?

Something didn't smell right, and anomalies in the Swing States have been found. This short video explains what the Russian Tail is and how just how abnormal Harris's underperformance and Trump's overperformance is in the key Swing States.

The strange thing is that this alleged vote flipping didn't happen in the rest of the 43 US States, just in the key Swing States. The rest of the US voting results show no Russian Tail.

I find it strange that some of these votes were processed by Starlink, which is owned by Elon Musk, who consequently gave Trump a sizable campaign donation. Trump and MAGA have been whining since 2016 that the elections have been rigged now, and now with the help of a very rich man's satellites and possibly a hostile foreign country, it's no longer rigged.

Of course, all this is speculation and no one's been charged with voter fraud, but where are the Democrats here? Why are they all quiet?

Wake up people, something doesn't smell right and needs to be investigated.

Work Harder Corporate Slave

Wait, Starbucks cuts over 1,000 people and then they blame it on the remaining workers because they weren't effective? This wasn't about cost cutting, this was about generating fear among the corporate slaves.

“We’re not effective on how things get to the store, and we’re not effective in making decisions and then holding each other accountable to those decisions,” Niccol said, according to a replay of an internal forum this week viewed by the Wall Street Journal. “This is why we had to make the changes that we had to make.”

This is so damn tone deaf. CEO Niccol is an out of touch asshole who will still be able to buy food, pay for his mansion, and have a chaufeer drive him around. All those Baristas, Store Managers, and workers that got laid off? They're going to suffer.

There's Something Wrong With Our Parents

I'm Gen X and I got the tail end of the lead poisoning from leaded gasoline, but why are some of our parents so out of touch with their children and grandchildren? Are they seriously brain damaged or brainwashed from Fox News?

“I’ve been treated as a public enemy by the government and now it’s bleeding into my own family,” says 24-year-old Luke Tobin, who was fired last month from his job as a technician with the U.S. Forest Service in Idaho’s Nez Perce National Forest.

Tobin’s job loss sent him scurrying to fill prescriptions before he lost his health insurance and filling out dozens of applications to find whatever work he can, even if it’s at a fast-food restaurant. Working at the US Forest Service or National Park System is not a job to get rich from it, it's a job that you want to do because you love it. My late German father used to say, "The World needs street sweepers too." These men and women are honorable and are protecting what made America great: our vast and abundant resources.

Don't Be Fooled By What's On The Surface, Dive Deep

This isn't the first time I've heard of Curtis Yarvin, but I'm starting to suspect that his monarchist philosophies are what's driving the tech bros to make their power moves.

Curtis Yarvin is a monarchist. He is also the political philosopher of tech billionaire Peter Thiel. Yarvin’s fringe ideas have taken center stage and are hiding in plain sight under the cloak of MAGA populism. But Yarvin’s ideas are the antithesis of populism as these ideas promote the consolidation of authority, control, and wealth to technocrats and oligarchs. According to Yarvin, democracy doesn’t work and the country should be run more along the lines of a monarchy, or to use his language, a dictatorship. - via Salon

This is a guy to watch. Remember, what you see on the surface is not what's driving the current underneath. Power moves in the darkness.

From The Where Are The Democrats File

The State of the Union address was a sad spectacle of fascist power. The only man of honor was Al Green who disrupted Trump's NASCAR victory lap in Congress. House Speaker Johnson couldn't wait to remove him, a show of power from a weak and sad man.

But here's the bigger thing that pissed me off, the Democrats holding their little signs and being meek. Now's not the time for decorum, now's the time to take off the gloves and fight.

The worst part? Al Green had a "talking too" by his party. Minority speaker Jefferies is more concerned about decorum and due process seemingly unaware that Trump, the GOP, and MAGA don't give a flying rat's ass about decourm and due process.

On top of that, 10 Democrats sided with the GOP to censure Green. I'm very disappointed by the Democratic Party, they should all be primaried by Progressive candidates who will stand up and fight for what's right.

Climate Change? What Climate Change?

I remember when Trump complained about all the COVID-19 testing being done and how it uncovered more cases during the upswing in the pandemic. He said, "stop testing for it and we won't have so many cases." He's doing the same thing with climate change by wiping out NOAA.

You can't have climate change if you don't measure for it, right? WRONG.

“Applied to government, the ‘move fast, break things’ approach has real consequences on the services provided for the American people,” Allison Cluett, a recently fired NOAA scientist who worked on ocean modeling projections, wrote in an email to SFGATE on Thursday. “Blanket terminations performed without regard for the positions being eliminated — for example, I was notified that I was terminated from the position of ‘NOAA Federal Employee’ — make it clear the goal is destruction, not efficiency.”

I used NOAA a lot in my daily work and I'm utterly aghast at the chainsaw Trump and Musk are taking to this organization. NOAA's scientists and engineers are some of the best people in their fields and we're just tossing them away like garbage. They've been measuring, modeling, and tracking dangerous weather for decades and collecting valuable data. Climate change is real. Extreme weather is real.

These cuts are going to put Americans in harm's way.

AAAAAANNNNNNDDDDD Schumer Caves

I'm just utterly floored that the Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer caves and tucks his tail between his legs, saying they'll vote YES on the House GOP spending bill to avert a government shutdown.

I feel betrayed, I do, but this is expected from the old guard Democrats. Like I wrote before, they're more like "GOP lite" than left on the political spectrum.

I'm not the only one who feels betrayed, so does AOC, and she's mobilizing Democrats against Schumer and might run for his Senate seat and unseat him.

Good. Get those old farts out.

AOC has the right idea and ideology to fight the fascist GOP. We need a new Progressive party to give Americans a better choice. I'm tired of the Democrats rolling over at the first sign of anything mildly dangerous. Now is the time to fight for everything dear and precious to us because Trump, the GOP, Musk, and MAGA are going to take our lives away.
